*De-matting a dog can take a lot of time and can be very stressful for the pet so we will keep you posted during the groom on how they do. Severe mats pull on your animals skin even before the groom starts, so shaving might be necessary to relieve your pet.

*Once a cat or dog has fleas, we will need to treat them as quickly and safely as possible. After the groom, groomers will have to disinfect the van even more thoroughly for the next grooms. This at times will make us late for the next groom or we will have to reschedule them due to us being extra cautious! You and your pets safety is our biggest priority!

We insist the safety of everyone including the pet & groomer remains a top priority at all times, therefore, we have the right to decide if a situation becomes too stressful for the pet or groomer & will charge a $200 fee for any session that cannot be finished that leads to harm on a groomer or groomers assistants .

Cancellation fee/ No show Policy
The time of our groomers and assistants is very valuable as we drive to your home and make sure your dog / cat is pampered. We due require a 48 hour cancellation notice, and you will not be charged . If you provide less than a 48 hrs advance notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of the total groom.
